Established in North America in 2005 with the launch of the New York Guide, the MICHELIN Guide has since expanded to cities and regions such as Chicago, Washington, D.C., California, Florida, Toronto, Vancouver, Colorado, Atlanta, Mexico, Texas and Quebec. The Guide awards its famous one, two and three MICHELIN Stars to establishments serving exceptional cuisine that showcases remarkable flavor, execution and the personality of a talented chef.
