Frail Talk took their evolving sound to Lazybones Audio in Silsbee, Texas, where they teamed up with producers Hannah Read (Lomelda) and Tommy Read to record their sophomore album, Microspirit. Over seven days of intense collaboration, they crafted a new collection of songs that deepened their commitment to emotion and substance. Microspirit is out today on all platforms.

Formed in Atlanta in 1988 by Speech and Headliner, the group offers a positive alternative to the gangsta rap of the late ’80s. Known for their uplifting messages and innovative sound, Arrested Development captivated the audience with hits like “Tennessee” and “People Everyday.” The group’s founding members, Speech and Baba Oje, met at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, where they began crafting their iconic style.
